Mini-piano

[Newton Hunt]

I just finished appraising a Mathushek mini grand piano.  6 1/4
octaves and cute as a button.  A customer had her heart set on the
piano but I found ribs loose along a crack from treble to base and the
pinblock is shot.

Does anyone have or know of such a piano for sale this is a good piano
with a good action?
