SAT Problem??

Et Al;

My SAT II is acting rather strangely. When I first turn it on and try to 
switch to the tune button it just sits there and does not switch :-(, no 
other buttons will work at this time.

After sitting for awhile and I then hit the tune button the SAT II then will 
switch to the tune or any other button I want to use. It is almost as if the 
thingees inside have to warm up ????
 Any thoughts about this?
