Thank you Roger and Greg. I will sleep better tonight. I just hate the
thought of a piano person ripping someone off big time. It was my last piano
to tune that day.....after some real junk. I said to my wife: "Thank
goodness it is a Yamaha - at least I will be a pleasure to tune".....it was.

    Your customer did all right. The Country Villa is one of the most
expensive cabinet designs Yamaha produces in Thomaston. Yeah, the dealer
still made some $$$, but with freight, fuel surcharges, moving, tuning &
prep
work, and ServiceBond compliance, probably not as much most people would
think.
