Thanks Richard,  I did some checking and found out this is a file
attachment that is used by Outlook for transfering somekind of
email info ala microsoft style. Only Outlook can utilize it and
otherwise its  useless junk that just ends up getting included as
an attachment in email readers such as Netscape and Eudora and
the like.

Bty... I used Netscape 6.0 for a little while... I can not
reccomend this to anyone... stay at 4.7.   6.0 has this nasty
little idea that it should take over for windows in as many ways
as possible... caused me all kinds of problems. I sure wish this
stupid war between "MS" and "all those other guys" would
disapear... this is getting ridiculous.
