TuneLab is not really available for free unless you are somewhat morally
challenged.  It is share ware available at a very low price if you evaluate
and decide you want to use it.  

Anyone who uses it on a regular basis and doesn't send the
less-than-half-of-one-tuning price is certainly not going to be able to
borrow my lawn mower!
