Just wanted to say thank you for the post to the list, even if it was an
error in sending it to the list instead of privately.

I am pleased with your response, admittedly a bit surprised, but pleased.  I
admire your efforts to enhance the image of Steinway and their products, as
well as making a real difference in the quality levels both before and after
the sale.  You are an asset to them.
