It is required by the company and is quite detailed. I did witness this on both occasions. Should any damage occur during shipment, it can easily be verified at the delivery end. All of the people I had contact with: Rick Dawson, Georgie, Pat, & Arvin (driver/mover) were extremely helpful, professional, and co-operative. Without intending to negate any other moving company and their abilities, I can definitely give a thumbs up to this one!
