Dampers on Wurlitzer grand

Hey you all,

I have a customer who has a Wurlitzer small grand.  The Dampers do not fully
engage causing some ringing that eventually stops.  What can I do to make
this stop.  You can probably tell that I am a little inexperienced with
regulation in grands (I'm pretty good at uprights).  Is there something I
can adjust to correct this problem?
I appreciate anything you can tell me.  I have a feeling this is the type of
thing that comes with experience.
