Refresher course

Hi, Dick. I would highly recommend the set of re-pinning tools which were
developed by Don Mannino. They come in a canvas case. I believe that Schaff
sells 'em for about $14. It's the only way to go. I take a tight bushing,
run the next smaller size reamer through, and repin with the same size pin.
If that is still too tight, try the same size reamer as the pin you will
use.
I don't really like having to go up one or two sizes if I can avoid it.
Once you get the size you need figured out, you can go ahead and do the a
whole rail fairly quickly.
Perhaps you originally learned how to use the tapered reamers. These are
parallel, and give beautiful results.
