OK, so here's what I'll do. I'll do a complete regulation.   I won't charge
them anything for the actual work, but I charge them a dollar per 0.001 on
punchings.
If I add a .0045 punching, it's 45 dollars (U.S.).  And I ALWAYS make sure I
raise the key level.
