Newton: Thanks for the response, but I don't think we're on the same page
here.  The rail I mean would be possible called the key upstop rail in a
grand. It goes from one cheekblock to the other, and is underneath the front
edge of the keycover in the retracted position.  Mason's book doesn't have
the exact terminology for this case part.  Patrick
