Roger lists a good selection of possibilities: add to that loose
let-off rail screws, and (not likely on a Kawai) miss-positioned
nameboard, or whatever we all decide to call that hunk of wood or MDF
above the keys.  Watch for the latter problem on "Wurlitzer" WP-50
models - it could be called a key banger rail in these piano-type
devices.
