recommendations for new tuning lever?

Only you can decide where to spend limited funds, BUT you CAN do a good 
tuning with a cheap gooseneck lever. The critical part is the fit of the tip 
on the tuning pins. If you're tuning mostly your own piano, you're lucky 
enough that the tip fits and the angle works, the lightness actually can give 
you a more direct sense of what's going on at the pin. If it doesn't fit, it 
will slow down the progress of your learning, more than 75 dollars' worth.
