Tuning pin sleeves.

Hi all,

I too tried tuning pin sleeves once (perhaps twice) and gave them up as a
bad idea. As Ron suggests, I subsequently carried them around for years, as
a kind of reminder, but finally had the courage of my convictions and threw
them out a year or two ago.
