Use West System. Contact them and ask for literature explaining = the procedure. This is just like repairing polyester that was applied to = a wooden boat. After it is repaired, the polyester surface provides one = of the best surfaces to refinish with just about anything you want to = hit it with. If the polyester is delaminating from the case, and you = can't just remove the loose stuff and feel confident that the remainder = is well attached, either junk the piano or get it off somehow. I know = you can grind it off. I can't imagine actually doing that though.
