Do you want "best", or "quickest"? Quick doesn't usually work all that well. I'd check side bearing first, since correcting that is the quickest fix to a common cause that comes immediately to mind. Then I'd consider heating the wire just under the bushing with a soldering iron and running the heated section up through the bushing to iron it out a tad. If that's too slow, I guess I can't help.
