I can only speak for myself, but just last week, I started on my second box of 1,000 receipts. So I guess that means I have tuned a bit over 1,000 pianos (didn't use my receipts for dealer floor tunings). I sure am a lot better than I was when I started a few years ago, and even noticably better than just a few months ago, but WOW, it is sooooo easy to see that I have a long, long way to go before I am a really proficient tuner! Maybe others get there quicker. .............But I sure am having fun doing it!
