Too soon Z!, the memories are still too vivid!

Actually, it went quite well. It turned out to be a sort of mini workshop
with a couple of dealers from other parts of the country, two local piano
teachers, and myself as the geek, er, technical contingent. We talked
about what we thought the local dealer (host) was doing right or wrong, by
our personal and professional criteria and requirements, and just generally
compared notes and swapped opinions on ways to improve customer service and
the illusion of legitimacy projected by us, the industry marketing and
service professionals (ahem). Five folding chairs in a small office with
some prepared questions and comfortable discussion for about 45 minutes,
and we were done. It was very interesting. I give it a 6 and would do it
again if it came up.
