Hi Ron,

RCT resolves 0.01 cents accurately and consistently from A0 to B8 (almost 
one
octave above piano range).

The problem with pianos is that the string itself doesn't resolve better
than about .05 cents or so even on a good piano in the midrange, where 
resolution is best. Even so, it doesn't hurt to do tuning calculations 
beyond
that just to avoid rounding errors.
