I'm not convinced a small discount would get people to have their pianos tuned that would not otherwise. Also, regular tunings don't always mean easier tunings. At least here in the midwest, pianos can rise and fall as much as 30 cents in a years time. One situation though where I do give discounts is for multiple tunings in the same location. This is also the one situation where people expect a discount and will frequently ask for one. I have no problem with this since travel time and expense is such a large part of the business, I would be happy to give this discount every day. Dave Bunch
