    If women posted a similar list about men, they would NOT apologize for
potentially offending men.  The PC thing has gone too far.  Blacks could do
a similar list about whites, and it would be "funny", but the other way
'round, and it would be "racist".  No sense of humor or toleration of
tongue-in-cheek,  good-natured kidding anymore.  Do you, Jeannie, think the
author of this list is actually serious about and/or believes every item on
it?  I seriously doubt it, but we can't laugh at ourselves anymore.   Yes,
some of the items perpetuate a stereotype, but women do the same with men,
and so do TV commercials, as though every single one of us men lives for and
can think about nothing but
beer, sex, sports, cars, hunting, beef, etc. etc. ad nauseam.   I thought
the list was amusing, cute, but that only a few items apply a very small
percentage of the time to only a very few of the women I know.      --Dave
