Touch up concert tunings

Thank you all for your answers.

I just would like to clear up some points. These touch up are not planned at
the last minute. They are planned usually far ahead. If this would be a last
minute thing from their part, I sure would charge the full tuning. I also
have a surcharge of 50% my usual tuning fee for this hall if they call me
under 48 hrs from the tuning appointment. I also wrote down in my contract
that if they do call me less than 48 hrs from the event, "I will try to
accomodate them, but if I'm unable to reschedule my appointments, it is then
their responsability to find themselves a replacement tuner".
