I serviced one of these from that era when new. The mechanism for the 
electical contacts to engage the silent and MIDI features is difficult to 
regulate such that the let-off in the regular piano action is acceptable. 
Basically, there needs to be more lost motion than usual, and let-off needs 
to be at least 1/8th inch, and possibly a little more. This leaves soft 
playing with the regular action inconsistent. 
 For these reasons you need to value this hybrid down, because other brands 
(I'll leave this to your obvious conclusions) do not present this problem.
