Graeme, We did the same thing a few years ago with our local concert hall. We called it the "key club". When Yamaha was having so much problem with the ivorine keyboards I ended up with oodles of key sets and donated on full set to the theatre. We made a mock keyboard ( non-moving) which was displayed on the lobby wall. As the donors paid their key club amts., their name were inscribed in gold on the key. At the time they were only needing $8,000 so selling each key for $100 made their quota. It worked for them.
