Customer needs 415 Hz tuning fork

Apsco part number:  15059S09 is a G# fork that is
supposed to be set at 415.3 CPS.

A small amount of metal removed from the base
area of the tines should bring the fork down to
415 CPS.  (I believe there was an illustration in
the Journal a while back of how this is done.)

As a practical matter, I wouldn't be surprised to
find the fork at 415 CPS.  They usually aren't
perfectly on pitch out of the box anyway.

That's probably the closest you'll find in the
real world.
