If you have a saw, band or table, get a scrap of wood and some double sticky tape. Stick the felt to the wood and pass through the saw. You get a very nice edge and a perfectly straight cut. The blade shears off the felt against the wood. Pull off the felt and there it is, nice felt strips. Newton
