Felt Cutting Secrets

Fiskars makes a paper cutter available in office supply stores and I have
seen it at Costco's. It features a rotary blade mounted on an arm which
clamps the paper (or felt) to the cutter pad. The bed is only 12 inches but
I have been successful cutting longer strips by folding the felt over
itself.
