relief

I had been noticing that my shoulders and neck were starting to cramp up
when I was tuning two or more a day. I have joined a work out facility
where I have gotten with a personal trainer and am starting to see some
results. A buddy was laughing at me and said that I would be the first
piano tuner he had met who could bench press 180#. But I am feeling really
good and think this will help in the long run.
