I had been noticing that my shoulders and neck were starting to cramp up when I was tuning two or more a day. I have joined a work out facility where I have gotten with a personal trainer and am starting to see some results. A buddy was laughing at me and said that I would be the first piano tuner he had met who could bench press 180#. But I am feeling really good and think this will help in the long run. ----- Original Message ----- From: Doug Atkins <ATKINSD@cedarville.edu> To: <pianotech@ptg.org> Sent: Thursday, October 18, 2001 4:58 PM Subject: relief > Recently I started an exercising on a par fitness course.
