Yes, but it depends how you just tuned it!  If you
tune the unison to complete accuracy it will fail to
bloom (on some pianos.)  It will succeed if you set
the unison slightly off - or when it deteriorates with
time from perfect. (Take your pick!)

Words are very inadequate things to convey piano tone,
and many people mean different things by the same
words!
