Hi David and list,

I must point out that neither Impressionistic music nor Jazz is atonal. Both
utilize distinct tonal centers, so while many will agree with your taste and
preference for ET, your premise is not exactly correct. As a matter of fact
both styles mentioned use distinct modulations.
