Hello,

I used a few years ago to work in rental service and I was to deliver pianos
(Concert Grand's or mod B) alone, with the help of a tool called "PlanPiano.
It can go on stairs, assuming no turn present, the tool can take the piano
on his size and uplift it approx 50' so it can be put on little stages as
that.

I am not specially tall (1.76 m), and I could use this tool alone, but for
putting the grand on it where a hand of one or 2 peoples where needed.

I've seen the guy I worked for do that alone with a grand D, but it sure is
hard !

Not very difficult to use, the ones we had where Italian I guess, price
around $5000 and a little more.

Don't have more information now.

They are of course always on sale somewhere , some techs uses them, may be I
will buy one someday (if I buy a truck)

Regards.
