Thanks to all for the suggestions. I found that if I turned up the iron and got them really hot, and worked quickly, I could get them off with minimum damage. I could have rebushed most keys in the time it took to remove these. These were the original bushings and I don't know what kind of adhesive was used, but they were very gummy when heated up.
