Most upright actions are 50 - 55 inches wide. By the time you add the action 
cradles, you're looking at 60". But even if you have a 60" wide table, you're 
flirting with the one of the cradles dropping off the side of the table. If 
there is a chance, get a 72" wide table. 

As far as a chair, you'll need two. You'll want a chair that lets you sit at 
the table to work chest high for repairs, etc. You'll also want a lower chair 
that allows you to sit with your eyes just above the top of the table. This 
will allow you to regulate a grand action, and get a great view of the keys 
for leveling and adjusting let off and drop.
