Schematics wanted for Hale Sight-O-Tuner

I hope someone can help me in my search. I cannot find a model # but the
serial # is 329. The case is blue and silver aluminum and is similar in
appearance to the Sanderson Accu Tuners made circa mid-1980's. I can send a
scanned image to anyone if it might help.

I also need to find a replacement battery for it. The existing battery is a
Panasonic LCR6V3.4P (6V, 3.4Ah/20HR)
