Only if you plan on moving your shop to their home. I'd get it out of there
and in my own shop where they couldn't ask questions and help, slowing
progress to near nothing.

None, but if the block is sound, where's it going to go? This is stop-gap
stuff anyway, rather than something I would sell as a "fix".
