I agree with Phil. I have a 30 gallon Crapsman. I'll go one step further and highly recommend a belt drive unit - much quieter and my understanding is that they last longer (I have a direct drive - very noisy).

Now, if you are ONLY going to blow out pianos, etc., you may want to just get a small portable unit so that you can use it on-site.
