List. Received my first 5 lb bag of hide glue crystals in preparation of installing new hammers. The crystals are now in a plastic "Zip Lock" bag. Is it wise to leave the crystals in the "baggie" or should they be stored in a metal or glass container to keep out the humidity?. There are no instructions to this point in the technical report that came with the crystals. Again, I thank you in advance, regards, Gordon Holley
