Problem 1: I dunno
Problem 2: Movement at the top of the right lyre support rod?

Found a Barbie Doll shoe in an B. Acrosonic action once. Just as I was
pulling it out, I said something like "Well, look what I found in here." The
customer responded from across the room: "If it's a hamster, we don't want
it back."
