My glue lives in glass "Moccona" coffee jars with plastic stopper
lids. It seems to be perfectly happy living in there for years.

Subject: Hide Glue Crystal Storeage

| List. Received my first 5 lb bag of hide glue crystals in
| preparation of installing new hammers. The crystals are now in a
| plastic "Zip Lock" bag. Is it wise to leave the crystals in the
| "baggie" or should they be stored in a metal or glass container to
| keep out the humidity?. There are no instructions to this point in
| the technical report that came with the crystals.
| Again, I thank you in advance, regards, Gordon Holley
