Well, not exactly a non factor, but beyond a certain minimal stiffness, making the bridge stiffer doesn't do much but add mass, which can itself have an affect. And bridge stiffness requirements are to a large extent, determined by the rib scale, but I don't see a tie in as far as gluing the bridge to the board in a "crowned condition" or not, and where it connects with the room acoustics thing. That's where I'm confused. Ron N
