If the keys are ivory, would you believe Dow Bathroom Cleaner (Scrubbin' 
Bubbles). Be sure to have the keys out of the piano, as the stuff is not good 
for a lacquer finish.

For plastic, any kind of degreaser, like 409, Fantastic, Simply Green, will 
work great. Again, don't get the stuff on the finish, especially if it's 
lacquer.
