He said he was sorry, and that it was an anomaly.  Which is true; 9 out 
of 10 Renner sets are good.
Actually, my partner Steve Bellieu talked to him, on two separate 
occasions; Rick was calm and respectful, and gave some good tips for 
loosening up those rocks without destroying too much felt.
AND.....once you get 'em good----buddy, they stay good.
