And Hi Phil!

And finding out that they put in a whole back action, including locating and 
drilling the pivot blocks, locating, drilling, and bushing the guide rail, 
travelling underlevers, installing the wires in the heads, gluing on felts, 
bending wires, and timing dampers, in SIX HOURS.

A factory visit certainly gives you more respect for what goes on there.
