My Dear Roger....you danged ole reprobate.....if'n you and John can't find
anything else to get upset about then I can offer many suggestions!!! :-)

In the first place the "Annual" convention has always had foreign attendees
even when it was two seperate thingees........so the advent of "International
clinicians" is nothing new in that regard.
In the second place the "globe" has no "corners".....boy and we let you
teach action geometry?????
In the thrid place if you are really looking for something to get upset
about just examine the logo used on your copy of the Journal....you know the
one that says the PTG is:
"An International Non-Profit Organization of Registered Piano Technicians"
??

As a SWAG I would say that the convention came to be called, by many, the
"National" to separate it from the many State and Regional
conventions/seminars we have in this country each year.......sounds
reasonable to me...huh??

So practice getting upset about something that really makes a hill of beans
and get off the soap box of whether it is the "Annual" or the "National" or
the "International" or whatever the term that may be used by some........The
bylaws say it is the "Annual"
....so all you Candians get a grip and go back to reading the Toronto Star
and their articles on how y'all are so morally superior to
America................. :-)
We love y'all anyway..........
Jim Bryant (FL)
P.S. BB has said on many occasions that the convention 'should not' be called
the "National" or the "Annual" but rather the "International" for the same
reasons as you and John have used........... so there :->>>.....y'all feel
used young'un??
