Hi, if you take some keys out and activate the action with your finger is it
still sluggish? else, is the front rail pin going too far into the mortise?

Does anyone have experience with a Charles Walter
console, probably less than ten years old, a regularly
maintained piano, which already has a climate control
system in it, and where you have already eased the
keys and sprayed them with dry lube, and the
repetition is still sluggish? Strangely enough, the
customer doesn't seem terribly bothered by this, but
it drives ME crazy. I have no idea why it is
happening. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Harriet
