I agree. There is a further point. This skewed comparison occurred in 
the announcement of three vintage Knabes. Certainly this mailing list 
is a good selection of people interested in piano work, who would 
also like to know about pianos, tools, and techniques for sale.  And 
this list should be and is, a place to announce such requests and 
offerings.

This list's discussions are generally expected to be on the basis of 
repeatable facts (given our collegial nature). I would recommend that 
statements made on the subject of commercial goods, in this case, 
pianos for sale, not be of the apples & oranges sort.

I'm sure they're great pianos (and not thumpers).
