Question:

On an upright console.
On one of the action pieces.

1. The Jack is at a slight angle and therefor hits the buckskin of the hammer-but at an angle - a percentage of the end of the jack is not even hitting the hammer but.
This puts a deep groove in the bucksin and wears it out fast.
What can I do to repair the jack? Can it be bent?

2. How do you remove a glued-on jack flange without ruining it?
