perfect pitch

Perfect pitch is a misnomer. It should be described as relative pitch. No one 
in this world can sing or hear a perfect A-440 unless they hear a 
corresponding pitch a third below, or above that is in tune. Once a singer 
starts her song, regardless if is A440 or A435, or A420 she will be in tune, 
because that is what her ear tells her. But that doesn't necessarily mean 
that she has perfect pitch.
