convention sites (campuses)

Hello all: This question is for anyone whose has participated in staging a
convention on a campus. How has it worked for the attendees to room in
hotels off campus, and how has the logistics for transportation been worked
out? Have there any problems in these areas?Thanks, Patrick Poulson
