Front Ril Pins

Hi Jon,

I would take a real hard look at this action, something is not right with the
key frame if the keys are too high when you have it in your lap. There is
something WRONG here.

If you determine that longer pins are indeed the best solution then using a
piece of leather and your vise grips you can pull and twist the pins up to a
level you find acceptable. It is unlikely that they will be loose but if they
are then use a little CA around the pins to make them stick better.

Put some bushing cloth or name board felt under the back rail cloth. You may
not have enough paper to remove to lower the keys that amount and look at the
punchings in the front. Enough there or are you going to replace the felts with
thin punchings?

This thing may be a bigger can than you thought. :)

Have a great weekend.
